PEselector predicts the efficiency of hyPE2 prime editors based on Target, Reverse transcription template (RTT), and Primer binding site (PBS) sequences based on machine learning.
It provides both Regression and Classification scores, along with DeepSpCas9 scores.
Note: DeepPrime and SynDesign are available for deep-learning based automated prime editor guide RNA design and efficiency prediction across diverse cell lines.
